    What is synergy to me?

Community! It’s the place that challenges me to be better, comforts me in my times of stress, and connects me with so many different, amazing people around Winston!

    What’s in my headphones?

When I’m not listening to audiobooks or broadway musicals with my daughter, I love 90’s music, folkie mountain music, and EDM.

How do i find myself in movement?

After the birth of my beautiful daughter, I lost a lot of confidence with my body. Everything had changed! I had trouble finding a workout I actually wanted to do. Then I tried spin and instantly fell in love!

A quote or lyric that speaks to me:

“Not all those who wander are lost.”

    What is synergy to me?

Synergy is a safe and fun space where I can push myself and grow, all while building a community that I am excited to see every chance I get.

    What’s in my headphones?

I listen to almost everything but some of my all time favorites are The Lumineers, Taylor Swift, Caamp and Role Model.

How do I find myself in movement?

I have always turned to yoga! It's where I can best honor myself and appreciate all that my body can do for me. It has become important for me to share the gift of movement with others everywhere I go!

A quote or lyric that speaks to me:

Where you invest your love, you invest your life - Mumford and Sons

    What is synergy to Me?

Synergy is a place for growth, for community, for challenge and victory. Synergy is my safe place and just so happens to be my workplace, too!

    What’s in my headphones?

Maggie Rogers, Kacey Musgraves, Lizzy McAlpine

How do i find myself in movement?

Instead of pledging allegiance to a sport growing up, I have always gravitated toward general fitness whether it’s yoga, spin, group fitness or solo. Movement has been core to my healing and managing an autoimmune disease and has been a constant for the last 10 years or so.

A quote or lyric that speaks to me:

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life- it turns what we have into enough and more.” -Melody Beattie
