What is synergy to Me?
Synergy truly feels like home. I moved to Winston about a year and a half ago, and until I walked through the doors of Synergy, I hadn’t felt such an intense sense of belonging in a space. The atmosphere, the leadership, and the community are incredibly inspiring—and they motivate me to show up as my best self every single time I step into the studio.
What’s in my headphones?
It’s always a bit of a gamble! You’ll usually find me listening to the girls—Taylor, Gracie, Sabrina, Tate—mixed in with some EDM, plenty of pop punk, and just about any 90s–2000s throwback.
how do i find myself in movement?
I find myself in movement by using it as a reset. Whether it’s running, cycling, or HIIT, movement gives me the space to quiet my mind, reconnect with my body, and be fully present. It’s where I feel most clear, centered, and energized.
