Classes

Synergy Classes provide you with a variety of options and quality instruction for each. At Synergy, we believe that a multidimensional approach to fitness is the optimal way to improve fitness, reduce injury, and introduce the element of mind body connection. Synergy classes all have elements of strength, endurance and recovery, and may be found in one convenient place. We encourage you to try each class and teacher. Each of our best-in-class teachers brings something unique to the table in terms of tone, theme, and playlist! All classes are beginner friendly, and we highly encourage all to adopt the Beginner’s Mindset, regardless of experience.

HIIT

all levels | 45 minutes

Rigorous interval training sequences or circuits with high-intensity exercises utilizing both body weight and equipment. Think alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods. HIIT workouts are designed to improve muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. All movements have scalable options.

A beat-driven, rhythmic ride! This stationary-bike class will leave you with a deep sweat from a great cardiovascular and resistance workout. Get ready for jumps, sprints, and epic climbs - improving cardiovascular strength and endurance all the way. All you have to do is show up and clip in (or wear your sneakers if you prefer!) and let the music take you for a ride.

A compact version of our Classic 45, this beat-driven, rhythmic, and interval-packed ride is high in intensity and will leave you with a deep sweat from a great cardiovascular and resistance workout. A condensed version of our Classic vinyasa class meant to provide you with an opportunity to get a practice in, in under an hour. A series of postures, inspired by the flow of the breath, built to powerfully shift the energetic frequency of the mind, heart, and spirit. While each flow sequence, theme, and playlist will be unique to the teacher, you can expect that each sequence builds upon the one before it, guiding your practice to become deeper and richer throughout the class and across time. Our aim is for you to leave feeling a sense of mindfulness or presence, a deeper connection to self, and a renewed sense of both wakefulness and ease.

An all encompassing yoga practice that offers the strength, stamina, grace and breath-work of a powerful Vinyasa flow, balanced with a slowed, restorative, yin style yoga where poses are held longer to help you relax while working to deepen into each posture

YIN

Yin Yoga is a low(er) intensity class that is a perfect complement to a more dynamic practice (like Vinyasa- or Spin, or HIIT!) Class is a soothing, slower-paced, quieter, meditative practice. You can expect to use your breath to stay, hold, and melt into fewer postures. This practice targets your deep connective tissues such as your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Long holds and deep breaths will leave your muscles and mind more relaxed and spacious than when you arrived.

The best of both worlds and two beautifully complementary modalities! A 30-minute express format of our traditional 45-minute sweat-inducing cycle class, followed by 28 minutes of a powerful, restorative flow to strengthen, stretch and lengthen- and of course, continue that breath-centric, focused, disciplined practice for the mind! This class aims to provide you with a beautiful marriage of yin and yang.
